Hi guys!

Well this one took a looong time to complete!, It was supposed to be ready about 5 months ago, but then I got a very heavy work load and I just had to put it in my WIP folder for a while.
Anyways, This is a thank-offering to Little Mommy Nature by the golden monkeys!, they were so happy to know that this baby god had given them so many great features like colorful faces and great ability to move (which translates in infinite ways to have fun!) that they managed to find a very rare red flower that only grows in the mountains far into the horizon just to express how thankfull they were about her kindness (the golden monkeys knew she was looking for the perfect complement to her reef tiara!) and this is the moment when they are presenting their exotic gift to her... of course she could have simply grown the same red flower from her rainbow coat, but she appreciated a lot the gesture from the monkeys... Think about it!, those mountains look really far!

Hi guys! here is a painting of young princess Zelda for the 25th Zelda Anniversary!... I am a BIG fan of the games, especially OoT, so, I felt almost obligated to do something!
This one was made in photoshop... and took a lot of time (around 20 hours) mainly because of my current work load.

Hi guys!
Here is a new piece I recently did as a charity contribution for the event "painting for charity" held by CGtopia.eu
It feels great to be able to help others through your work, you get something that no money can give you.
At the beginning I was not sure about what to paint, but thanks to my girlfriend's ideas along with mine I ended up painting this piece, and I love the result!
Also this is kind of inspired by a memory of my childhood!

Hi! I made this painting a few months ago and wanted to upload it for a while, the thing was that this image was entered for a contest and I wasn't allowed to show it before it ended.
Anyways! here it is!, What I like to show here is the playful, joyful and idillic moment of a child's playtime. We all went through this experience at certain point, and for me it was one of my best moments in life, nothing to care about, only what is it that you want to do right now.

I made this for a conference i gave with a my good friend Mark Lorenzana at the Guadalajara University of arts, arquitecture and design (CUAAD), manly to explain how important it is to get a message across any image, and how technique helps deliver it in the most effective and aesthetic way.

Photoshop cs4, intuos 4, around 10 hours in the making.

This is an illustration that took a long time to finish. Its actually sort of a 2nd version of another drawing i made years ago... maybe you guys know the felling: wake up one day, not many ideas come to mind and you decide to look at your old stuff... and there it was... so i scanned it and made a lot of changes here and there and voila!
Why go on a big journey for food when you can have it delivered?

History:
Thousands of years have passed since the noble "squared ear" white rabbit villagers have been peacefully living in the fields of "Veggyshire". One day, the unjust and cruel troops of the "Hare Emperor" stumbled across the village leaving it shattered and almost exterminated... Only a handful remained alive. Among them was a small baby rabbit with a wound in the forehead.
The years passed quickly. The baby rabbit grew up and found out that his mother was murdered by the emperor while she was protecting him during the attack. Then he promised himself and whom was left of the Veggyshire that he will overthrow the emperor and put an end to his empire of pain and fear...
And a rabbit always keep his word.

Another one of my series of little girls for the project i have going on. This time this girl was inspired on a girl i saw in a kindergarden, she was so cute and so proud of what she have brought to school that day... her moms makeup!... i could help but to make an illustration about it, she was so mischievous yet so innocent...
anyways, took around 12 hors in the making.

This little girl was made as a part of a little project I'm working on. I believe the image explains itself good enough, hahaha, at the end of the day a image is supposed to do this, right?
